Shipping policy
Nothing is more important to us than your complete satisfaction. That is why we take great care creating our cookies and hand packing your order. Please note that all of our products are shipped via Local, 2- Day, or Overnight methods due to perishability.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Available items ordered Monday-Friday before 12pm (Central) are usually shipped within one business day. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will usually ship the following Monday. Items sent via Local and Overnight shipping methods usually deliver within 2 days. Items sent via 2-Day shipping methods usually deliver within 3 days. Shipments to residential addresses usually deliver by 8pm. Shipments to business addresses usually deliver by 5pm.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
We guarantee your cookies will arrive in excellent condition, even in warm weather. If temperatures exceed 85°F, we will send your chocolates with a complimentary cool pack to prevent melting. For residential deliveries, we recommend alerting recipients that a sweet gift is on its way so the cookies are not left outside for long periods. During warm months, shipping is limited to Monday – Thursday. Orders placed after noon on Thursday –Monday will ship on Monday to prevent melting.
FEDEX SHIPPING & DELIVERY MANAGER
We ship our products via FedEx and UPS. A shipping confirmation is sent to the email address on the order and includes a tracking number, with a link to track the status of your shipment.
SHIPPING RATES
Due to perishability, our cookies are shipped via Local, 2-Day, and Overnight methods. All shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order, selected shipping method, and your destination. A remote surcharge may apply for some destinations.
IN-STORE PICK UP
In-store pick up is available in the Dallas area. Our retail store is located at 11700 Preston Rd. Dallas, TX 75230 Suite 605. Curbside service is available during store hours by calling 214-350-0427 upon arrival.
P.O. BOXES
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses at this time. However, if you are able to provide the street address where the PO Box is located, FedEx will be able to deliver to it.
APO ADDRESSES
We are unable to ship to APO addresses at this time.

SIGNATURE RELEASE
FedEx has permission to leave a package at the delivery address when no one is available to sign for it. This way, the recipient does not have to be home to accept your gift, and the cookies will not suffer from multiple redelivery attempts.
